I received a damaged item.  What do I do?

Contact and include photo(s) of the damaged merchandise within 7 business days of receiving your order.  Please include your Name, Order Number, and your best contact number (in case we need to call you).  We will be in touch to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

I received the wrong item/size. What do I do?

Contact with a photo of the wrong item/size.  We’ll contact you within 1-2 business day to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

I forgot to use the promo code at check out.  Can you apply the promo code for me?

Since payment is processed automatically, we cannot retroactively apply the promo code.


I inputed the wrong information at checkout.  Can I update my order?

If your order has not been shipped, we will of course try to update your order.  Please contact us at  with the correct information immediately.  Most orders ship out 1-2 business days after the order is received.  


Do you fulfill custom requests?

Certain items do qualify for custom request if it is in the product description.  We only fulfill custom requests for orders containing 6 items or more!  Please email  for custom orders.  Please note that custom orders take longer than usual for delivery.  If it is a large order, we have to communicate with our suppliers to ensure that we have what you need in stock.
